Welcome n Nice truck! If I was to purchase new it would be the King Cab style...or now-a-days called 4 door or super crew cab. Really like the style of this cab design. What's up with the tires being out so far from under the truck?

It's the look I was going for, i wanted to stand out but I'm going to college soon about 4 hours away from home up in stephenville, so it's a lot of highway driving. Didn't want to lift and put mud tires on due to the mpg and tread would wear on tires so I went with leveled but wide

Sorry but to me it just screams I couldn't afford to special order the correctly back spaced rims. So. I just got the ones they gave me a deal on off the shelf that had the correct bolt pattern. Think of the extra stress it puts on your wheel bearings.

I figured maybe the truck community knows something on this, such as better for something...mudding...rock climbing....something? I hope its not just for looks. Just some insight.....I've seen this look back in the 80's with the ricers. The ricers broke a lot of studs, screwed up their alignment, bearings shot, screwed up the rims / wheels, wore out tires fast, and broke axles. Laughed at one where his tires were so far out he had trouble parking in a spot with cars on either side.
Seen this look a lot on Facebook truck sites. Which is why I was wondering n hoping this ricer fad did get into mixed in with 4x4 trucks now.
I like your truck a lot even the rims, though not a fan of the wheels being so far out. Some states frown on not having mud flaps, for tires being out so far.

Yeah there's really no purpose to it other than looks and if I do decide to go to the coast and play in the sand I can throw rooster tails, same with mud
