I don't think it is a light, but rather a cold solder. You'll have to take apart that part of your dash to remove the instrument cluster. Remove the back cover of the cluster and find the broken solder and re-solder it. Not too difficult and it's probably what has happened to you because it is a common problem for lights on the instrument cluster to not light up and most of the time it's a cold solder that's the cause.
It is the black twist-lock base in the middle right side in my picture here. It is a standard 194 incandescent bulb.
