In yours yes, a programmer will display trans temps but the OP would have to install his own temp probe.
Do a trans service with new fluids and such, I would also consider adding a transmission cooler if not already equipped. As long as the engine is in good working order the transmission is what the...
You know Rain-X makes washer fluid? Ive been buying it for years, has the rain-x treatment and it doesnt freeze. Since I started using their washer fluid Ive not had to apply the treatment. As for...
I did it, noticed nothing. It was a waste of time and $3 IMO.
Once and a while, only on road trips usually. Black seats/ carpet+ crumbs and crap= me pissed. lol
be sure to check the junkyard manifold on a nice flat surface to be sure it isnt warped before you install it.
Great review, there is alot of buzz about this truck. People have been asking for one like this since the EB was introduced. Id like to drive one.
So is this a lightning killer Joe?
You look happy^^ ha ha
I took a break from banning spammers to have a fire last night. lol

We already had one but Tom made some changes to it. There are still alot of them left on the forum that joined before Tom made the changes but posts they make will not be visible to regular members...
100 mods couldnt have kept up with the amount of spammers we got hit with, they were joining and posting faster than we could ban them. Ive been moderating on a couple different sites for a couple...
Its only the 3V 4.6's that have the plug issues, the 2V 4.6's dont.
I wouldnt recommend a power washer for washing your truck but thats just me. Theya re great for around the house though, I use mine alot. Mine is a Toro, it was around $500 new though.
Motorcraft. Dont waste youre hard earned money on gimmicks. Fords are picky on plugs, Motorcraft works just fine.
What were your stock size tires?
When I went from 29's to 33's with my 4.0 V6 ranger I re geared from 4.10 to 4.56. To know what ratio you might need to get you back to near stock final drive ratio I would need to know what size...
Ryan it won't hurt it to change them early, I never wait the 100K interval, I like to do them every 50K personally. When I did my ifs at 75K they were worn, I likely would have started to notice it...
Gears gears gears! Its the most overlooked aspect after a tire size change and it will be the biggest bang for your buck, especially with a V6. As stated gears dont increase torque, they just give...
Honestly Ryan I dont know, havent worked on a newer 4.6, last one I worked on was a 98. The 4.6's dont have the same plug issues as the 3V 5.4's so it should be pretty straight forward for you.
Eh, after having clothe in every truck Ive owned except my F150 and having to clean them constantly Im over clothe. Only leather for me from now on, much easier to maintain and I think it looks nicer.
Mine is 8 years old, still looks new. Clothe would have been stained and terrible looking by now.
I love my black leather, I will never go back to cloth seats.
Take my word for it, these trucks (04+) are crazy strong. I bought mine as a wreck, rollover actually. I drove it from the salvage lot where I bought it. Ford used a ton of laminated high strength...
No, the 04+ F150's are incredibly safe.
