To add to the Info.. The system is monitored by the DPFE sensor which is known to go bad.. U should test this sensor first

It's a actuator.. Some are easy .. Remove the glove box and see if you find our which one

If it's a exhauts leak u can ( while at idle ) grab a handful of rags and hold them to the tail
Pipe to increase back pressure.. This will make the leak louder and easier to find

I don't own a truck .. Just a mustang GT and now a nissian sentra which I bought to save me gas money. It was costing me 20$ a day on gas on the stang so I got this sentra now I spend about 8$ a day...

I won't be out there til the 8th at bout 11 PM .. I'll see what I do about travel. As my hotel is across the street from wee I'll be training at. Don't know if ima get a rental car

Haha .. Unfortunately working on a car there will be hard ( no tools) plus cold fingers don't work well. I don't see how techs there get anything done. Lol ..

Ticking o these motors can very .. Seen small things and as big as a short block for ticking noises.. Take to dealer soon as you can since I still have power train ..

Yeah agree with 5pointslo does sound like a bad check valve. If you cycle the key and starts better then the only difference is your allowing fuel pressure to build.

I haven't ran Into this problem either. Usually symptoms like this is due to a debri blocking the MAF. But shouldn't work after a Reflash.

Agree depends on what u want in the future. If u plan on doing more with the truck I would go SCT. Besides on either product I can get u a good deal on which ever product u want. I my self prefer SCT...

Just double check your plugs are nice and snug.

These don't have iac as it's part of the throttle body.

You still have the upstream o2?...

Some f150s have it like the Harley trucks are AWD
