2011 f150 parasitic drain

I have a 2011 f150 ecoboost that a parasitic drain. Meter set on 10 amps, I have a draw of 1.75 then about a minute later it goes to 0.23 . If I unplug the plug that goes from the battery to the junction box the draw goes away, and if I pull #18 fuse the draw goes away but also the power to the whole truck goes away also. I’m stuck, Ive been working on this draw for about a month . Any help would be appreciated
