2010 6r80 leaking rear seal

Ok guys well I’m not happy to be here but here I am... I changed my fluid about 3 months ago. Didn’t realize that the engine had to be running so finally when I was mad at the hard downshifts (which I realize is a different issue) I checked the fluid and saw it had to be running. Obviously it was low and I added more. This was last weekend. Now I didn’t really feel a change. If anything the Downshift got harder. Today I didn’t drive it to work but when I came home in the puddles in my driveway there was oil. A lot of oil. I checked the trans. When I filled it I had it full to the marks but now it’s half way down and seems to be leaking out the rear seal. I can’t tell because the transfer case is in the way. Any ideas???
