Yes along with other mixed feelings, it's a big step. Hopefully college will be as good as high school was.
He graduated 15th in his class out of 239 students. Held a 4.0+ throughout the 4 years, graduated Cumma Sum Laud and had a cord for his GPA in the MESA/Project lead the way program. He maxed out the engineering program by taking double classes during his Junior and Senior years, taking all 6 courses offered. He's attending a 4 year program for Areospace Engineering with multiple scolerships for the first year, but one that will cover 50% of tuition all 4 years as long as he keeps a 3.0 GPA.
