Here you go Joe. Two whites, one yolk, with red peppers, baby spinach, some onion, little avocado ,chopped garlic and ginger , in a low carb veggie wrap, some humus, and leftover lean sirloin. With a halo, and big handful of mixed walnuts, almonds , cashews and peanuts . Yep I listed each ! Ya didn't think I was just gonna say .... "And a big handful of nuts" did ya ?!!? Lol !

Went to the Philadelphia flower show today. What a great show. Reason why I am sharing is because MrTed would most certainly like this pic. I saw it. And instantly thought of u bud

I went and got another toy this weekend.
It's an electric cabinet smoker, it's main purpose will be smoking cheese, drying/smoking sausage and a warming chamber.
