    AR-15 build thread

I only own a Remington 1911 and 1891/30 Mosin, so next up on my firearms list is another "must have gun". I'm building from a parts list, so its the exact firearm I've wanted (since I'm left handed). I still need to order some parts, but here is what I have on the way:

Aero Precision COP Mid-length Monolithic Upper Receiver:

    Aero Precision Stripped Lower Receiver:

Daniel Defense 16" Carbine M4 barrel, 1:7 twist, chrome lined, cold hammer forged:

    Wilson Combat Accu-Tac Flash Hider:

    Things I still need:

    Ranier Arms Raptor ambi-charging handle:

    Daniel Defense Full-Auto BCG:

BAD-ASS Safety levers and Norgon Ambi Mag release:

    Lower Build Kit:

    MagPul AFG-1 front grip:

plus magazine and other assorted parts (gas block, etc)
    4.2L V6 - M5OD | SCT XCal 3 @ JawsRacing | K&N Series-77 | 16" Dual Efans | Magnaflow High-Flows
    50W 5000K FX-R Projectors | Philips LumiLED Taillights | 60" Plasmaglow Fire & Ice | 2" Drop Shackles

Will be a good build. Are you looking for lines on the parts that you still need?
2004 F-150 FX4 Supercab, Dark Shadow Grey, 5.4 liter Triton V8, Flowmaster Cat Back exhaust, K&N Drop-in, Intake "Gotts" Mod, Edge Programmer, 2.5" Level, Front tow hooks, 33" Kumho AT51

The older I get the more I realize it is worthless to worry about tomorrow when you are living today. Love your family and friends, live like there is no tomorrow.

Looks like you'll have a very nice firearm when you finish the build. I wish I had the time, money, and tools to build my own. It would definitely be a lot cheaper than buying a completed one.
