Got 15 dove today. Limited out over the tank about 10 minutes before sundown but the last bird went in the pond so I didn't have time to wait for it to go to the bank. Using my trusty Remington 870 12 gauge.

Great choice in shotguns. I plan on picking one up in the next year. Only reason I didn't get it before was because I got a great deal on my Mossberg 500 12 gauge.

It's a good gun. I like mine a lot. My brother though wants to get a mossburg just so he doesn't have the same gun as me of course.

I've heard its a really great and realiable choice, I just got a better deal on my Mossberg at the time I was looking for a shotgun so I picked that. I still want the 870 though. Originally Posted by Barnard10
