Hey folks. Just picked up this 2001 xlt 4x4 with the 5.4. Bed was replaced by previous owner due to rust up here in Iowa. Pretty solid underneath though. He was a mechanic and well cared for the motor and drivetrain. Everything works great. Got it for a steal $1300. 222k miles still running strong. Only thing "wrong" is the windshield is cracked and he could never get the shorty headers gasket to seal good.
Had to get soemthing different for daily/winter wheny crown vic died. Will prefer this to my 06 mustang in the winter for sure lol.
Threw in a photo of the vic and a few of my stang for the heck of it.
