Yep , same here only 38k on the truck now . Rotors and pads done under warranty at about 15 k ( rotors out of spec). Now I feel it again at almost 38k. I say B.S to ford . These pads and rotors are inadequate for this truck. Keep in mind I drive slow and don't ride or stomp on the brakes . And now I'll be in a 3rd set soon with under 38k on the truck. So pissed. Oh and the blend door started clicking at beginning of summer with only 30k on it. ........."WTF" !!!!

EXL with 32K miles. Rotors turned and new pads at 25K. Everything looked 95% at 31K. Now 1K later outer pad on passenger side is worn out and eating into rotor. Any thoughts???

Just one side? Caliper sticking or slide pins not moving free, they should be cleaned and greased. Also check where the caliper contacts the bracket those little metal pieces should be replaced on every brake job.
