2001 F150 XLT OAT Temperature Indicator Misread

My overhead gauge has always incorrectly under read the real outside temperature by 15/16 degrees. I do not know if there is an adjustment; I've never been able to find where it is at. I would replace if necessary, but again, where is it? Anyone have the solution for this?

Oscar, have you tried replacing the sensor to see if that works? The sensor should be located in front of the radiator.

I have a 2000 expedition, same vehicle. Mine never reads right either, usually reads about 7-9 degrees higher than real outside temp. Don't even know if a new sensor is still available. And yes the sensor is up front in front of radiator/ac condenser.
