    transmission fluid

Where do I put transmission fluid. Since my dipstick is located on the transmission and not under the hood. 2009 f150

What engine do you have? The 4.6 2V, 4.6 3V, or the 5.4 3V? And your owners manual should tell you too.

My owners manual and Haynes manual both tell me to send it to a dealer. I have change my transmission fluid on all my trucks . My dipstick is actually located underneath the body on the transmission passenger side. So I'm just wondering where the plug is to drain the fluid and where to put the fluid in. I assume the fluid may have to be pumped into the plug what the dipstick is located on the transmission

Valvoline can tell ya if Nobody here can.. Just drive down to nearest valvoline instant oil change and ask them to let ya know.. They may pitch a trans service to ya.. That's your decision.. I personally don't like the service (and I work there) cause to me it's not 100%. Cause no filter change

Not always.. Most newer cars/trucks like the 09+ trucks don't have a dipstick or a tube.. But a screw off cap on the side of the trans that goes directly to the pan that's how they change/add the fluid on those trans..
