Can you put a Remote Start System in a f150 at anytime? Just by going to my local dealer? Does it control the AC and windows as well?

U can go anywhere and get one. Best place of course is your dealer. But windows yes. Air. Not sure
I think it depends on the brand you go with. Oh adobe on my 02 mustang GT and as long as I left the air on before I shut the car off, it would kick on when I would autostart it.
No it will not control your ac if you leave your ac on when you shut your truck off it will turn on when you use your remote start. As far as windows you would have to buy a separate module. Very cheap though. If you do buy one my two suggestions are avital or python. Python makes a two way system that you do not need to buy batteries for. It charges like a cell phone and trust me when I say it's deff worth the money.
Do u guys know anything about the OEM remote start? I'd like to add one to my 2010 XLT screw that can use the factory remote. Did someone say these things will operate the windows too?
IMO your better off with an aftermarket system seeing that it offers more features plus would probably be cheaper in the long run. The draw back is your key and key fob are probably one unit. The window module can only be used with an aftermarket system. I maybe wrong but I've never seen it.
I've never seen a remote start that can roll down the windows, but then again, I've never looked for it either.
