Exhaust change
I know this may seem contrary to what many do, but I want to go back to the stock exhaust on my '14 xlt screw 5.0 4x4. When I purchased it used, it came with a dual exhaust MBRP system and is just louder than I prefer. Anyone have the stock exhaust laying around that they'd be willing to part with? Thanks!

This forum is very slow on responses. You might do better on a different forum. Keep in mind, even if you find them, how's the individual going to ship to you? Not to mention the shop that removed them probably cut them. If it was me, I'd keep the dual part, and buy 2 muffler's, either from Ford or from the shop that's doing the job. Keep in mind, your going to lose mid range and top end power, possible low end too, when you switch back. Open free flowing exaust are louder but do allow more exaust out. Something to ponder if you like the way it runs now.

Thanks Moosee1955 for the insight. Love the truck, just can't stand the drone when driving highway our pulling my camper. I'm trying to find a way to fix this.

I'm with you, I'm too old to want loud exaust anymore. People that want and have loud vehicles are usually loud themselves, and need the attention. I worked with Harley Davidson for years, and found the ones that had or needed the loud pipes were a very shallow bunch, that I was bored with 2 minutes after they opened their mouth!
