That's mostly cosmetic. Why not fix it and keep it for another 10+ years and save a ton of money by not replacing it? Repairs are always cheaper than buying a new vehicle. I'd only replace it if the wheels were broken off and if you had major frame damage. That looks like a nice truck. That's worth fixing.
