Turn signal and brake light issue right rear only

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my 2011. The right rear turn signal and brake light along with the the corresponding connection in my trailer plug arenta working. I have checked every fuse and relay and bulb. I have checked all the grounds. I changed the mf switch because it was cheap and easy. I opened all possible connections and checked for power. I have no power in the pigtail to the rear. I followed the violet with orange stripe to a connector near the fuse box. No power there. It's sister, grey w brown stripe for the left rear light works in that connection. From there it seems to head to the back seat which I imagine means to bcm. Is that the next step?? Any thoughts? I checked the wire in the channel from front to back and didn't find a break. Also, I installed led taillights this summer. When this problem started, I took them out to check them. There was definitely some crud and moisture on the resistors. If the bcm thought there was an issue and killed the circuit, what do I do now that I reinstalled the factory lights. Would the bcm correct itself or no? Sorry for the long post, just wanted to get all the info I have out there. T Thanks for any suggestions and help

First thing I would try is disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 30 minutes. Then reconnect to see if that corrected it. Other than that I am at a loss. This is the reasons I don't mess with the electrical or electronic systems on my truck. It's just not worth it.
