    Unhappy need help keep getting misfire on same cylinder

    hey guys I really need some help I have a 2007 ford f-150 v6 4.2L engine with 247,000 miles on it mostly highway miles but I keep getting a misfire on cylinder 1 even after i have gotten new plugs ( motor-craft double plat) and wires , a new ignition coil, new fuel injectors and i even got a compression test done to see if cylinder one had some internal problems and the cylinder itself was good but yet i still keep getting a misfire on the same cylinder can someone please help because i do not know what els to do

    The only way I know of is to have the engine hooked up to a compatible analyzer by an experienced Ford technician. Replacing parts and hoping to fix an issue can get expensive.
