    These factory?

    Trying to figure out if my truck is lifted. Here's a few pics. I believe it has some type of leveling kit but not sure.

    Rear is stock. hard to tell if there’s a strut spacer in the Front from the picture.

    Thank you I'm coming from a Chevrolet so the ford setup is new to me. Is the only way to level this truck by using spacers in the front and rear? Chevys guys would install different keys and crank up there torsion bars.?

    It’s not the only way to level it but it’s definitely the most common, cheapest, and easiest way to level an f150. What year is your truck?

    You don't have torsion bar suspension so no keys to crank

    Also now that you've shown the side that truck definitely looks lifted and leveled to me.... at the very least leveled.

    What should I look for? If the blocks in the back are stock then there must just be spacers in the front?
