I'll take that anyway over -40 windchill.... So would my truck. But I'd have to wash it more from the sea salt..

Not really lol, it's not that bad. I literally work on the beach so my truck is parked right by the ocean all the time. I don't have time anymore to wash it monthly plus with our acid rain lol. But for 9 1/2 years old she has almost 0 rust. The only rust is my exhaust haha.

Worrying about salt air is for people dealing with -40. I used to work at Camp Pendleton on the beach and kind of took it for granted. Once you get a couple miles from the ocean I think you are safe anyhow. My 95 has zero rust too.

Ahhh. Pendleton. Memories. It's just Cali. If a car or truck. Any year for that matter. Especially the collectibles. If someone finds out its a Cali car/truck. Price goes up. Because of your impeccable weather. Same car in jersey? Bah. Lol. No where near it lol

Back on topic, it is better to have a bottle in front of me, then a frontal lobotomy.

That's the only thing left in this dump anymore, good weather. And without rain and the excessive heat, even that is going to s***. It's not all that grand being here lol.

Try this if you have access to the tools... To find cab leaks and seal problems I take a blower (or shop vac in reverse) and put it in the window and seal it up real good... Turn it on and pressurize the cab, then take a hose to the outside or a bottle with soapy water and look for bubbles.
