Thread: Instrument cluster screen help

Suddenly I can't select the info or settings options on the instrument cluster screen of my 2013f150. Any ideas? This is where you reset the oil life, set the courtesy wipers/lights and other settings. Also where you perform the health check. Help! All other options are still available

Hey bud. Welcome. I had that happin last year. At the same time. I was also unable to change my stereo preferences Bluetooth audio. And USB. I called for. They updated sync. I haven't had a problem since. I was due for a service so I had it all done while I was there.
Did u hold down the reset?

Thanks, on which menu do you recommend holding down the rest button? I'll try the sync update as well. Sorry about multi posting :-). I'm new to this forum stuff

When I get to work tomorrow I'll try it on mine. Mine sync is getting a little goofy again. I'll ask em to update it again for sure

Not a sorry thing. It's all good. It can get confusing from time to time. But we're are all here to help and come from all walks of life.

I just did a "health check"and it was fine. My sync it's up to date. Did a master reset on the sync and no different. Don't know what too do next

I'm taking mine to the dealer I have a few dealers around my area. One I trust. Tbh I would do the same. Your still under warranty. Let them worry about it lol

I'll tell ya bud. I would take it in. I don't have an option to reset. I thought there was. There is on just about everything. Sorry.
Once I get some time. I'll see if I can do some research on the matter
