My papaw has a 2000 ford f150 lariat v8 triton 4.6 and I was wondering what size alternator I needed to get him like how many amps should it have?

I believe stock should be 130amp

I believe it was 120 or 130 amps. Alex told me once somewhere on one of these threads lol. Ask him and he should know for sure.

In '05 it was 110 Amp standard with an optional 130 Amp upgrade, probably the same for the '00's
