    F150 I need heat

I am new to ford. That being said I have a 1998 f150 that has no heat. It is not even warm almost as if I have a.c. on. Intake hose gets somewhat warm, outlet hose does not even warm up. I would love some advice.

Things I have changed and addressed:

    Thermostat is new

    Water pump is new

    Heater core is new

Had electrolysis issue, taken care of

    Leaking intake tube replaced

blend door, cabin air door and mixer door working.

    All actuators working properly

    Flushed cooling system

    Fan is working

    Burped the system

    Still no heat.............

    Update...
Turns out that the water pump was broken the propeller inside had become completely disconnected from shaft. Which was throwing me off because still had circulation. Turns out it must have been making just enough of intermediate contact to give enough flow to keep engine cool but not enough to get coolant to heater core.
