    Sudden vibration after stopped

This just started a few days ago. I pulled up to the house and went to back in. Put truck in reverse, and before I started moving the whole truck was shaking. Once I parked, I idled up and down a few times, and it seemed to stop. Then it happened today at a stoplight in traffic. Put truck in neutral, and it was still shaking. Idled up and down a couple times, and once again, it went away. Three a code reader on it, and after full scans, no codes.
I'm leaning toward this being a bad plug or bad coil, but so was hoping somebody else had some insight (not that I'd wish this on anybody).

SOLVED! Wire harness chaffing on the left bundle coming off the PCM. Some nimrod designer at Ford thought it would be a good idea to route it under the AC line where it is tight and rubs. Wire clean through the loom and into the purple and light blue wire, causing it to ground out on the AC line.
