    Back up Camera

My truck has the screen in the review mirror that pops up blue when you put it in reverse, but doesn't have the camera in the tailgate handle. How do I go about getting one, is it a easy instal and how much am I looking at spending ??

Is your wire harness intact to tailgate?

If you get a Ford OEM camera that mounts in the Oval, they are hundreds. My after market was $25 and I mounted it on the license plate. Running the wire takes about an hour if it isn't already there? Mine wasn't and I mounted the monitor on the visor. Fairly easy!

SCT makes one that works with the livewire screen.

I use the Ford OEM one, more expensive but I do find it more reliable.

I ended up using an aftermarket tailgate latch camera. I think it was 119 and the monitor was 7. Easy to do too.
