Does any know if they came out with something that can fill the gap at the bottom of the truck between the license plate and that other black piece that will protect that intake vent thing in the engine from getting rocks thrown at it...thanks..

Are you talking about the center of the bumper? If you are there are several companies that make grilles to fit in that space.
