Try coming to So Cal, Cal Trans (the government co. That does roadwork here) is notoriously slow. You'll see one guy work and 10 guys taking a break. They do a bunch of projects at once instead of one at a time. This freeway overpass I take everyday to school was supposed to be a 6 month project, it's been 2 1/2 years, and that's not the only one around here like that. When you normally have a 3 lane in both directions road shrink to 1 each, for that long, it's f***ing terrible. And traffic is already bad here lol.

I totally understand where you all are coming from. I started my construction business from ground up and have gotten pretty big. But it was a lot of hard work and determination that got me here. Don't get me wrong I work today as hard as I did when I first started. Not afraid to jump on and teach the young bucks a thing or two. However firing the people that don't cut it just has to be done.
Finally I have a good group of guys but took a while to get here.
