I highly recommend the aftermarket power boards. They are approx $1,400 installed at dealer. But worth it and covered by dealer warranty. You get the ground clearence when you need it but the ease of gettin into your truck when door opens. I have had mine on my 2010 f150 for 3 years now and had not had an issue with em
