been a ford driver my whole life never owned anything but a ford:) 02 lightning, 03 convertible cobra, 11 escape , just sold the lightning though need a 4x4

Cool! I've always wanted a lightning! You should seriously look into the ecoboost since you're coming from a lightning. You can get close to the same power with some simple mods and still get the 4X4 :)

I was looking into them, do they come in the 5.0L? I'm debating on getting brand new and save a bit with all the rebates or get a 2011 to save a few bucks,

No the Eco is only the 3.5L V6. It makes a little more power and quite a bit more torque than the 5.0.

The 5.0 is still a great motor tho. Just test drive both and go with what is best for you.

I will admit that I miss the V8 sound, but love the power and torque of the twin turbo 6!

Not to mention if you are in to modding the ecoboost has a lot to be tapped in to with just a tuner.
