Hey everyone I was invited from FRF. I used to own a ranger but now have no truck! I have a Chevy Tahoe (company car) and wife drives a Honda Pilot.

In one year I get to pick out a new company car. I want to get an F150. Interested in the V6 ecoboost.

I hope to learn a lot so I will be fully educated when the to me comes.

Thanks!

What company do you work for where they let you pick what you want to drive? Enron?

Family owned company

We have 5 people at the company who get cars, lucky for me I am now one of them. The Tahoe I drive now was my mom's. Its an 03' and showing its age. Every other person up here drives a truck as their company car. Exception being my grandpa in his Lincoln Town Car lol.

Only catch is, once I get it, its for 100,000 miles, so I better like it a lot!

Welcome! I had the chance to test drive the EcoBoost a few months before it was available to the public. The one i test drove was a 4door. It had plenty of cab space and creature comforts. And i was more than impressed with the lil Turboed V6 its running. The rep i was with was pretty cool and let me do a few stop light drags with some other trucks, The motor left the others wanting. My biggest, and current issue with Ford trucks is the lack of a manual transmission. If they did i would go buy one in a heart beat. You should defiantly go to the local stealership, and test drive one. It will defiantly help you make up your mind,
