Looking for pros/cons. My '97 XLT. It came with a rubber mat so the floor is cherry. Can't say that for the side walls and wells. But I'm not sure which way to go - drop-in or spray-on. Price vs quality vs durability.

Thanks
Chuck

Go with spray in liner. They can take more abuse than a drop in.

Spray in the way to go if you ever had a drop in and haul anything from mulch sand straw or anything loose and ever take the drop in out you would be amazed how much stuff gets under the liner and just sits and rots on the bed.

I have a rugged liner in my 01 screw and I bought it like that but it had a few rust spots under which were completely avoidable

Definitely spray in. 2 of our 3 trucks have spray in an they really easy to clean out. The only one that has a drop in gives us the most trouble

Neither, lol. I have a drop in and if you put something in the bed it goes sliding everywhere in seconds. Idk exactly what material they use for a spray in but if its anything like the rubber mat that everyone use to use then that would be my pick

I have a Ryno liner in my truck. When I bought it from does they sent it down the road had it sprayed. Got it back 2 days later. And to be honest I've never had a prob. My dirt bike is in there every 2 weeks without fail. Quads. Work stuff. Everything. Just from my experiance with the Ryno liner I'm a fan. But there r many spray options to look at. So many company's now that spray. I can even do it yourself. But I'm not sure how they hold up. They may require another coat or two. To hold up as good

Spray in is nice, I had line-x in a past truck. It is durable but expensive.

I used to bag lawn clipping and it is easier to clean out with the drop ins.
