Wheel and tire question for 2012 F150 Super Crew

Will 20x9 neg 12 wheel and a 33x20 fit on a 2012 f150 with a leveling kit?

No I wouldn't think so. I had my 33's before I put my leveling kit and there was no rubbing at all.
