THat idle seems a bit low, It should be idling around 550 or slightly higher. Are you getting any misfire codes or any other codes?

No I don't have any codes

I would start by checking/replacing the air filter and fuel filter. Probably give the MAF a good cleaning too

I'm trying to remember the config of the 5.4 and it's not 100% fresh in my mind, but it will be somewhere between the air filter and throttle body. There may be YouTube videos of people cleaning theirs.

The maf is held by two screws on the driver side of the filter housing spray it with maf cleaner don't touch it let it dry reinstall. Also try cleaning the throttle body. You need to take the filter assembly off to get it. I used crc brand tb cleaner and a soft toothbrush. Good luck
