Ac/heat controls

When I switch from defrost to vent or vice versa it sticks on one or the other and takes 30 min to switch or if I turn the truck off and back on it switches. I was told it is vac issues so didn't know if anyone herd of this issue. I have a 2008 150 5.4 triton.

I have the same issue but not as bad. My vacuum control is bad for the switch. That's all that needs to he replaced. Just might be a bit off trouble getting to it
