I got an 04 f150 with the stock headlamps but I want to upgrade to high end bulbs . I went really bright white or a bright blue color can you guys help me out?

Philips Xtreme Power or Sylvania Silverstar Ultras are going to be the brightest bulbs that meet DOT approval. Blue color actually degrades night vision.

are you talking about HID's? I got mine from ddmtuning for $65 plus $20 for shipping 8000K 55watt nice an bright

8000k an 6000k are the 2 best in my opinion of putting out the most optimum light. choosing between them is a personal choice

Halogens put out more light.

4300K is the brightest HID @ 3200lm. 6000K puts out about 2000lm. 8000K puts out about 1650lm, not much more than a halogen bulb.

And I hate to break it to you guys, but if you are putting these in halogen reflectors, not only are they illegal, but they are dangerous as hell; you are blinding EVERYONE. Florida is getting serious with writing tickets to people with illegal HIDs

Florida isn't the only state. I heard GA and OH are even more strict :D

glad I don't live in Florida as well, state troopers don't give a crap nor do parish cops. im just talking about personal experience from in me and my friends trucks
