08 F150 rear differential shudders

My rear diff vibrates/shudders when accelerating from a stop and its especially worse when turning left onto another road. It doesnt do it every time, but often and seems more pronounced when I pull a trailer. What do I need to do. Left it at a shop for a week and they said it never did it with them. What are the rear diff oil fluid capacities?

What truck do you have, rear end, are there leaks? All fluid changes I have done I fill it until it starts to flow out of the fill hole.
