Exhaust help

Have a dull exhaust straight put the back on my 09 4x4 f150 and i have still have the muffler on there cats and all because I enjoy the deeper sound how do I get that louder without cutting all that out

Unfortunately to my knowledge you will not be able to get any louder than what you currently have unless you are willing to loose the cats or change to a different muffler. What muffler are you running now? We might be able to point you in a direction of a new one to keep the sound you like while gaining the noise.

I have flowmaster 1 in 2 out for my dual exhaust and no cats beast is loud lol

back in 87 I bought a brand new truck and before I put 5 miles on it I had headers,..after market cats and mufflers put on it,..but I put a cross over on it too ...real throaty :)

since I'm older now ..I'm all for quiet ,..so staying stock,..if I want noise I spank the wife :)
