Hi I'm new to this site. But was wondering if anybody knew the easiest way to pull the motor out of my 2000 F-150 4x4. And a round about how much it costs to rebuild.

What motor are you running? 2wd or 4wd? Manual or Auto. Some more details would be useful so people can accurately tell you what your looking at.

It is a 5.4L, auto, and 4wd.

What kind of garage, tool access do you have?

Your looking at around 1k for the rebuild kit, and with the machine shops around here your looking at around 1600-1800 for a short block, or 2500-3000 for a long block.
