hard starting

The weather hasn't been too cold this winter in Northern Montana, but recently my truck seems to be a bit harder starting. It used to fire right up now it cranks like an older carberated engine would have done. I have the Essex v-6 and standard trans in a 1/2 ton 2wd f-150. Anyone have any suggestions?

Whats the condition of the truck? When was the last complete tune up? Is the battery good?
