HI there my dad has a 2003 4.6 it won't start and the odometer just reads dashes
Checked all fuses today I think this is a ground problem any ideas thanks

Gotta be something with electrical I would think from the sound of it. Lol I know that was no help man, I don't know a ton about the 4.6Ls good luck though!
