It has a 460 and I've done quite a bit but lately I've cleand up the engine department and put new fenders , HEI dizzy ,Edelbrock thunder carb, fixed wiring for the lights and so on.

That's cool, project cars/trucks are always a great way to blow off steam. What's the mileage like on that though? I have a '71 Buick with a 455 4 barrel and it gets like 7mpg. And that's a car lol.

I think around 8 to 9 mpg without my foot in it. Lol

Yeah not bad for what it is that's for sure. I have doors to put on it and a lot of other odds and ends.

I have a nice 94 3/4 ton 4x4 that has the 460 also but out of them all 78 to 79 are my favorites. I'm putting doors on soon and I have ladder bars that I sand blasted and painted to put on soon. Ill see how I like them if I keep them on

Sweet. My first truck was an 84 f-350 with a 460 with an 850 holly 4 barrel t-19 tranny ( with dual power take offs) Dana 60 and a Dana 70 beast. 8 inches of lift on 40's. lookin fer pics as we speak. Lol
