I no longer have the F150 and took these off before I sold it. They were on the truck for about a year and still look like new. I have relay plus light switch (I never used switch as I used my high beams as my switch). ALl mounting hardware included as well. The bulbs have been replaced with warm white bulbs so they dont have such a yellow halogen glow to them.
Also I have the bracket to fit behind the grille. Its a direct fit with no modifications needed. The bracket has three coats of Satin black and 4 coats of clear with all stainless hardware.
