Yes.

Lift kit probably not because the 2004's and newer had new frames. The wheels will work if they have the same bolt pattern, I believe all the 04-06's have 6 bolts, I think they kept it for the 07-08's, but I'm not certain. I have no clue about the 09's and up.

Only problem is the frame is crumpled and they might not be willing to fix it. All they see is a 2001 model Ford, not my truck that so much time and effort and love has been put into, ya know?
