The signal lights on my '93 quit working. The hazard lights still work. I checked the fuses and the bulbs and they're fine. I haven't checked the spark plugs yet, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone has any other suggestions.

You could have a short somewhere, or the switch itself could be bad. Spark plugs have nothing to do with your lights working.

Where is your dimmer sw located ? And notice if you see indicator illuminate on dash! Could be bad switch? Light or dimmer switch is my guess!

Spark plugs? Really?

Hazards and turn signals operate on two different relays. Sounds like the relay for your turn signals it out. It should be under the dash, I'm not sure if your truck is new enough, but 10th gens use an EP-27 relay, and they're under a black box by the steering column.

Thanks guys! I've checked what I can, but it looks like ill have to take it in.

Lol somebody told me to check the spark plugs, didn't sound right to me either, but I don't know a whole lot myself so I didn't question it

Did you check the relay?

It was the relay. I took it in to get replaced this morning, got it back this afternoon. When it was all said and done, it only set me back $30. Thanks again for the advice!

That's always a plus when it's an easy and cheap fix! Yea sounds like you should invest a little time reading and to learn some basic testing procedures. It's mostly common sense tho. Glad the professor has time to chat!

Yeah I just swapped my emergency flashers relay to my blinker relay to see and it fixes the issue
