Sure will. You will need the intake manifold, belt, oil lines, etc.

I'm assuming different tuning is in order too.

You don't absolutely NEED a tune, but you also won't run to proper numbers without it. You also need higher # injectors and a new fuel pump. Don't go over 8psi or you will blow your stock internals. Also, don't expect your truck to last more than 100,000 miles without a short-block rebuild.

What year is the truck? An you do 100% need a tune or you will blow it up first pull. U will need fuel pump, bigger MAF (90mm) i recommend, injectors (42 lbs I recommend). How are u gonna install that supercharger to your motor? I don't think a lower intake from a lighting will bolt up to your 4.6. By I'm not sure.

You dont

I've dynoed a handful of backyard S/C builds without a tune. I don't recommend it, but you would not "blow it up", especially on 8lbs

Holy crap. Serious. those people play with fire. Haha. Did they change the maf and injectors and just ran it as is?

The Ford MAF is good as-is. The Lightning and 5.4L and I believe 4.6L all use the same MAF, but most of the guys would slap up a Eaton M112, run the lines, upgrade the fuel and take it for a test drive. The tune quickly came afterwards, however.
