So I bought a set of aftermarket projector headlights and they have two light spots on them one for the low beans and one for the high beams. And I want to know how I can rig it up is where when I turn on my high beams the low beams stay on to??

You can use two relays and build your own harness.

Apart from the fact that those aftermarket halogen projectors have crap output, why in the world would you want to have your low beams on with your high beams? You are defeating the purpose of high beams since the cones in your eyes will focus on the closer light. Kind of like how kids like to drive around with fog lights.
