I'm 16 and love my truck, but I hate having to make sure I pressed the lock down every time and I have to tell passengers to lock it

Do you have power locks? IIRC installing keyless entry is relatively simple. Go to www.f150online.com and search over there, tons of written articles on it.

i didnt know any '04+ f150s came without power locks. you could maybe check a scrapper for power lock mechanisms

Yeah its easy to convert to power locks. Its just a PITA because you have to go to a junkyard and swap the whole door ass'y

The base XL models, just work trucks basically.
