So I took my parents car into town to pick up a bottle of vodka. In doing so, I left my drivers license/wallet (woops). However, I always carry my 1911 and keep my CFL with the gun.
So I walk into the store and get asked for ID. He stares at my CFL and asks what it is. I inform him that it is a government-issued photo ID with my photo and birth date clearly visible, as well as tamper-proof reflective Florida watermarks on it. He says he cannot sell because he has to scan drivers licenses. WTF? What if you don't have a drivers license? I forgot the law states "21 years or older with a valid drivers license"
