mine is the same cab/box and also rwd. there are a lot of parts and accessories on autoanything.com. chrome door handles, bull bars, lights. i've only put a ford hitch cover and a deezee aluminum box on my truck

That's such a hard question. There's so much you can do and personal preference differs.

I always start with tint, then level (raise front/lower rear whatever floats your boat) after that wheels and tires can change the look a lot.
